6. Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate the reported infringement and take appropriate actions, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the alleged infringer and provide them with an opportunity to submit a counter-notice if appropriate.

Please note that submitting a false or misleading claim of infringement may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees. Before making any claim, please ensure that you are the rightful owner of the copyrighted work or trademark or authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
