Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Singh Bros Event Rentals for your party rental needs. We strive to provide you with the highest quality products and exceptional service. This Return & Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure your satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before renting our items.

Returns:

a. Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or defective rental items, please notify us immediately upon receipt or discovery of the issue. We value your satisfaction, and we will work with you to resolve the problem promptly. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement for the damaged or defective items.

Refunds:

a. Reserved and Paid Items: Once rental items are reserved and payment is made, no refund will be issued. However, in special situations, we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Non-Refundable Items:

a. Unused Items: Refunds will not be issued for rental items, whether used or unused.

b. Damaged or Altered Items: Rental items must be returned without damage or alterations. Any damage caused during the rental period may result in additional charges, and refunds will not be issued for damaged or altered items.

c. Delivery and Pickup Charges: Delivery and pickup charges are non-refundable once the items have been delivered and picked up according to the agreed-upon schedule.

Cancellation Policy:

a. Event Cancellation: If you need to cancel your event after reservation and payment, refunds will not be issued. However, in special situations, we will evaluate cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

Changes to Orders:

a. Modification or Rescheduling: If you need to modify your order or reschedule the rental period, please contact us at least 1 day in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to item availability. Additional charges may apply for modifications that increase the rental cost.

Please note the following important points:

  • All rental items must be returned without damage or alterations. Any damage caused during the rental period may result in additional charges.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that all rented items are securely packed and protected during transportation. Any damage caused during the return shipping or delivery will be your responsibility and may affect your eligibility for a refund.
  • Refunds, if approved, will only be issued to the original payment method used for the rental transaction.
  • This Return & Refund Policy applies to items rented directly from Singh Bros Event Rentals.
