Job Overview
Singh Bros Event Rentals is looking for a Tent Rental Delivery Associate to assist with the transportation, setup, and takedown of tents and related equipment for various events. This role requires physical strength, teamwork, and attention to detail to ensure safe and secure tent installations. You will work closely with event planners, clients, and team members to deliver high-quality rental setups that meet customer expectations.
Working Conditions
- Work is primarily outdoors, with exposure to varied weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain, etc.).
- Requires standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, bending, and working at heights.
- Some tasks involve handling tools, fasteners, and materials needed for tent installation.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required depending on event schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport and deliver tent equipment to event sites, ensuring items arrive in proper condition.
- Assemble and dismantle tents according to client specifications and safety guidelines.
- Inspect tents and equipment before and after events to ensure cleanliness and proper function.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking tent sizes, accessories, and quantities.
- Ensure proper storage of tent components to prevent damage.
- Work directly with clients and event coordinators to accommodate layout needs and special requests.
- Follow all safety procedures related to tent setup, ensuring stability and security.
- Support team members and provide guidance to new hires on proper installation techniques.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, both at the warehouse and at event sites.
Skills & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Ability to use basic tools and follow setup instructions accurately.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with colleagues and clients.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
Compensation & Perks
